The Master Supply Co Bonneville sits in the tradition of half-belt leather jackets, a structured silhouette inherited from the American western and workwear wardrobe. The leather chosen is a full-grain cowhide of 1.3 mm - a substantial thickness that gives the jacket its structure and presence from the very first wear. In Burnt Sienna, the material rests on a warm brown base run through with subtle red undertones, which become more visible on high-stress areas and along the edges. A depth achieved without resorting to heavy contrast: the tone stays controlled, legible, never demonstrative.
An aniline finish and a moderate pull-up effect.
The aniline finish leaves the surface open enough for the full grain to remain visible - the difference between a leather that shows what it is and one masked by a pigment layer. Oils and waxes are worked into the hide to create a mild pull-up effect and natural tonal movement. As these waxes migrate through handling, compression and wear, lighter and darker areas appear across the surface, with the effect more pronounced in certain parts of the hide. This variation is not a dyeing fault: the colour is consistent within the leather, and the visible tonal shifts result solely from the movement and concentration of its oils and waxes. They will continue to shift and gradually blend as the jacket is worn. A light topcoat stabilises the finish - it improves colour fastness and limits transfer, which keeps the jacket wearable from day one while still allowing its character to develop over time.

The back of the Bonneville is fitted with a bi-swing action system with expansion pleats, freeing up mobility through the shoulders. This construction is anchored by a fixed half-belt, side buckle adjusters that draw in the hem, a rear V-yoke and a defined kidney-panel seam - an arrangement that structures the silhouette without constraining it. The low-profile collar, with its centre-back seam and shortened points, sits cleanly whether worn up or down. The front closure is handled by a Talon 10 mm zipper with an arrowhead leather pull tab, positioned slightly above the hem to prevent stacking and distortion at the waistband.
