You may return any product within 90 days of receipt, whether for a size issue or a change of mind.
Returns must be initiated via your customer account or directly through our return portal.
Items must be unworn, in perfect condition, with all original tags and packaging.
Do not send your parcel directly to a fixed address — all returns must follow the official process.
Returns from the UK are accepted for refunds only (no exchanges at this time).
All UK returns must be made exclusively using our prepaid DHL label provided through the return portal.
These returns are handled under the Returned Goods Relief (RGR) scheme, meaning no new customs duties or VAT when re-entering the EU.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued within 5–10 business days.
The cost of the prepaid DHL label (£9.99) will be deducted from your refund.
Example: £199 – £9.99 = £189.01 refunded.

Exchange items are dispatched free of charge once the return is received.
Free return shipping for exchanges in all Eurozone countries.
A prepaid DHL label is provided automatically, and the replacement item is shipped free of charge.
If you prefer a refund, the €9.99 return fee will be deducted from your refund.
Example: 199 € – 9.99 € = 189.01 € refunded.
For non-euro orders, the €9.99 fee is converted at the current exchange rate.
You may also choose to use your own carrier, but we recommend using our prepaid DHL service for easier and faster processing.

Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days after receipt of your parcel.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been completed.
