Made in the USA from full-grain horsehide leather, the Z2107H is an authentic reproduction of the standard-issue A-2 flight jacket worn by US Army Air Forces pilots during World War II. Its natural patina develops over time, making each piece truly unique. Lined in rust-colored cotton, this jacket offers a perfect balance of comfort and durability. It features all the hallmarks of the original: a shirt-style collar with snap buttons, hook-and-eye neck closure, brass zipper, ribbed knit cuffs and waistband, two flap pockets with buttons, and underarm ventilation eyelets. Every detail has been crafted in accordance with the original 1931 military specifications to ensure absolute authenticity.

Horsehide is a fairly rare hide. It is found, most of the time, on jacket models exclusively made in the United States such as the historic Schott N.Y.C.
Very thick and above all very resistant, the horse leather models are easy to maintain.
