Men's Jacket Schott CANTON DARK BEIGE NAVY
€275,00
The CANTON stands out with its 3-in-1 construction: the beige parka and its navy blue inner puffer jacket can be worn together or separately. Layered together, they create a mid-length silhouette with a striking colour contrast; worn separately, they provide two independent jackets, allowing you to adapt the thickness of your outfit to the conditions of the day. The removable lining is therefore not simply an added layer of warmth: it is a fully-fledged second piece in its own right.
The outer shell is made from nylon with a touch of elastane, allowing the garment to move with you. Its fixed hood extends the parka’s protective coverage, while the two-way zip fastens beneath a press-stud flap. The two lower pockets, lined with fleece, provide a soft place for your hands. At the cuffs, hook-and-loop tabs allow you to tighten the sleeve openings.
The inner puffer jacket also has a fixed hood and its own zipped pockets. Worn on its own, it has the look of a shorter, sportier quilted jacket than the parka; combined with the shell, it adds an insulating layer without requiring you to wear a single heavy layer throughout the season.
The beige of the parka provides a bright, neutral base, enhanced by the navy blue of the inner jacket. Both shades pair naturally with raw denim, grey trousers or ecru tones. The regular fit and mid-length leave room for layering a sweater or lightweight knit without disrupting the balance of the silhouette. It is an interesting option if you are looking for a versatile piece but want to be able to lighten your outfit without completely changing jackets.
Schott’s story began in New York in 1913, when brothers Irving and Jack Schott opened their first factory there. The brand then became known for functional clothing, notably the Perfecto created in 1928, followed by flight jackets designed during the Second World War. The CANTON belongs to a more everyday wardrobe: it draws on Schott’s focus on practical clothing, with a textile construction designed around modularity.
