Reduced pockets to a welted opening
The welt is the most discreet finish available for a pocket: a simple opening edged with a leather trim, with no flap or visible zipper. On the Cassie, this choice keeps the front completely smooth — nothing is added, nothing sticks out, and the pocket is marked only by a fine line. It is a demanding finish, because a poorly executed welt will gape or ripple, which is precisely why it is found more often on dressy jackets than on blousons.
Gathered cuffs that soften the sleeve
The gathering draws in the fabric at the bottom of the sleeve and creates a slight volume around the forearm, where a straight cuff would fall sharply. The effect is more like a blouse than a blouson: the sleeve gains fluidity, the wrist is revealed, and the garment loses the rigidity that a straight finish would give it. Combined with the stand-up collar, which rises without closing with a visible system, this detail places the piece firmly in the category of soft jackets.
A luminous pearl grey that works as a neutral
The shade is light and slightly pearlescent depending on the lighting, making it livelier than a matte grey. A brand founded in 1972
Jürgen Raberg founded Raberg Ledermoden in 1972 and dedicated the company to leather clothing, a choice it has never moved away from. Renamed Gipsy, then Mauritius on its fiftieth anniversary, the brand has passed through several generations of leather wardrobe styles without changing its line of work. Katrin and Christian Raberg took over its management after their father. The company works for its own brands as well as for third-party labels, which explains the breadth of its catalogue.

This product is made of lambskin. It is the most supple skin among the different types of leather. It is fine, soft and light, and is very easy to maintain!
The only maintenance necessary is waterproofing the material, this should be planned before the first wear of your product and regularly following the frequency with which you wear the product (if you wear it every day in rainy weather, you can repeat it up to once every one to two weeks).
