Everything you need to know before ordering!
1. Scope and modification of the terms and conditions of sale
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on the Leather-Jack.com website.
Leather-Jack.com reserves the right to adapt or modify these terms at any time. In the event of modification, the applicable version will be the one in force at the date of the order.
2. Our offer
All product and service offers, as well as delivery terms, are valid within the European Union and the United Kingdom while stocks last.
For EU orders, prices include the VAT rate applicable in the country of delivery, under the EU One-Stop-Shop (OSS) system.
For UK orders, prices include UK VAT (20%) and all customs duties. Orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) — no additional taxes or fees apply upon delivery.
Orders shipped outside these areas are invoiced tax-free, and local customs duties or import VAT may apply upon receipt.

Product descriptions and photos are provided as accurately as possible. Photos are for illustrative purposes and may not be contractually binding.
No claims will be accepted if not reported within 7 days after delivery.
3. Order validation and electronic signature
Any order confirmed via a “double click” constitutes full acceptance of these terms and serves as an electronic signature with legal value.
4. Order processing
Orders require account creation or login. Once confirmed, the contract is considered concluded.
You will receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order. Order updates are available in your customer area or by contacting us directly.
5. Pricing
Prices are shown in Euros for EU customers and in Pounds Sterling for UK customers, including all applicable taxes. The validity of promotional prices is indicated on product pages.
6. Payment and security
6.1 Payment methods
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other local methods depending on your location. Payments are processed by certified providers such as Shopify Payments or Mollie. No banking data is stored on our servers.
6.2 Security
All transactions are secured using SSL encryption and processed by PCI-DSS compliant payment providers.
6.3 Retention of title
Products remain the property of Leather-Jack.com until full payment is received. However, the risks are transferred to the customer upon delivery.
6.4 Payment refusal
We reserve the right to cancel any order if previous invoices remain unpaid or are in dispute.
6.5 Anti-fraud verification
Payments may be subject to 3D-Secure or Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) verification by your bank before validation.
7. Delivery terms and deadlines
We make every effort to meet the delivery deadlines indicated on product pages. Parcels are shipped by DHL with delivery confirmation.
Shipping costs vary by destination and are calculated automatically at checkout. Delays caused by force majeure or external factors (strikes, customs, weather, etc.) cannot result in compensation.

The right of withdrawal period is 90 days for consumers. Return shipping costs depend on your country and the nature of the return (see next section).
8. Satisfaction guarantee — Exchange or Refund
Our motto is simple: “Satisfied or your money back!”. You have 90 days from receipt to request an exchange or a refund for any unworn item in its original packaging.
All return requests must be made from your customer account or directly via our dedicated portal: https://www.leather-jack.com/a/return.
8.1 European Union
Exchanges are free of charge in all Eurozone countries. A prepaid DHL return label is provided automatically. Refunds are issued after deduction of the €9.99 return fee, within 5–10 business days after receipt of the parcel.
8.2 United Kingdom
Returns from the UK are eligible for refunds only (no exchanges at this time). Returns must be made using our official DHL prepaid label provided via the return portal. The cost of the label (£9.99) will be deducted from your refund. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving your parcel.
Any parcel sent by another carrier without prior authorization will be refused at customs. Customers using their own courier must ensure the parcel reaches us duty-paid (all customs fees prepaid).

9. Personal data
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, you may access, modify or delete your personal data at any time.
You can manage your communication preferences or unsubscribe from our newsletters directly from your customer account or via the link provided in our emails.
10. Severability
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
11. Liability and dispute resolution
Leather-Jack.com cannot be held liable for issues related to internet use such as service interruptions, external intrusion, or the presence of viruses.
In case of a dispute, we encourage amicable resolution before any legal action. Legal claims will be handled by the competent courts under French law.

12. Copyright and legal information
Any reproduction, even partial, of content from Leather-Jack.com requires prior written authorization from SAS DT2M e-commerce.
