Aviator silhouette, from canvas to shearling collar

The WITTLE CANVAS NAVY takes the key features of a flight jacket and reinterprets them in navy blue canvas: a short cut, a straight zip and a removable shearling collar. The generous collar frames the face and adds dimension to the upper part of the jacket; once removed, the silhouette becomes more understated and easier to wear in mid-season.

The front features two flap patch pockets, positioned low to keep your hands within easy reach and enhance the utilitarian look. The rib-knit cuffs and hem tighten the fit, while the adjustment tabs at the back allow the fit to be adjusted at the waist. The result retains the characteristic volume of a flight jacket without multiplying the paneling.

Adjustable warmth for every season

Under the canvas, a removable Thinsulate inner vest adds an insulating layer when temperatures drop. You can remove it when the weather is milder: the jacket retains its flight jacket look while being less bulky to wear. The removable collar offers a second way to adjust the jacket, allowing you to vary both the level of warmth and the garment’s appearance.

The two removable elements make this model an adaptable piece rather than a jacket reserved for the depths of winter. With the vest and collar, it is ideal for cool days; without them, it is better suited to transitional temperatures. The navy blue canvas and rib-knit finishes naturally pair with jeans, chino trousers or pieces inspired by military wear.

Insignia rooted in the RAF heritage

The embroidered patches on the chest and sleeve, along with the small British flag, place the Wittle within the visual world of the Royal Air Force.
