The AARON CRUNCH BROWN stands out with a streamlined silhouette that lets the leather and the collar line set the tone. The shirt collar draws on the codes of a classic jacket rather than those of a stand-collar jacket: it opens up the top of the garment and makes it easy to pair with a T-shirt, fine knitwear or a shirt.
The straight zip fastening keeps the front clean. In this brown colourway, the design naturally pairs with denim, ecru tones or chino trousers; it has more presence than a textile jacket without imposing an overly sporty look.
Cowhide Leather, Combining Structure and Flexibility
Made from cowhide leather, this jacket has a soft feel while retaining a certain visual structure. The brown colour highlights the leather’s natural nuances and gives the piece a less contrasted appearance than black leather. Like any natural material, its appearance may evolve with wear and develop nuanced shades over time.
The pockets have been arranged without weighing down the front: a zipped chest pocket adds a functional detail to the upper part of the jacket, while two side pockets remain discreet. The Redskins patch on the sleeve identifies the model without distracting from its understated cut.
Redskins, a French Leather Story
Serge Aboujedid founded Redskins in 1984 after discovering the world of leather at the Carreau du Temple in Paris. The first collections notably reinterpreted the teddy jacket and bomber jacket, before the brand expanded its wardrobe around leather and textiles. Caring for your leather
This product is made of cowhide leather. Whether thick and heavy or thin and light, cowhide is one of the most resistant.
Its maintenance simply involves using a cleansing milk or a delicate cream.
You will also need, as with the vast majority of leathers, to waterproof your leather once every 6 months, or more depending on its use, using a special leather aerosol product.
