Product Description

A baseball cap in waxed canvas

This Stetson cap stands out with its cotton, polyester and nylon blend canvas, crafted with a waxed finish. The textured surface adds depth to the black colour and offers a soft feel, while the water-repellent treatment is suited to everyday changes in the weather, without making this cap waterproof.

The Stetson embroidery on the front identifies the model without disrupting its understated look. The embroidered eyelets provide ventilation; the 7 cm curved brim shades the eyes. The UPF 40+ protection further enhances its appeal on sunny days.

Simple adjustment, easy to wear

The baseball shape features a crown approximately 9 cm high. Its one-size design can be adjusted at the back with a strapback closure, to fit a head circumference of approximately 55 to 60 cm. This adjustment lets you customise the fit rather than choose from several sizes.

The lining and inner sweatband are made of cotton. With its black colour and front embroidery, the cap pairs easily with a casual outfit, whether worn with a T-shirt, an overshirt or a jacket.

Stetson, a hat-making house founded in 1865

John B. Stetson founded his company in Philadelphia in 1865, after learning the trade from his hat-maker father. The brand first became known for the Boss of the Plains, a hat designed in the wake of Stetson’s experiences in the American West. Its name has since been associated with the tradition of the American hat; this cap brings that identity into a contemporary baseball shape.
