The MWAshli opts for a sober silhouette rather than the bold details of a biker jacket. Its short, stand-up Mandarin collar frames the neck without lapels; the straight zip extends this clean line down the centre front. In ecru, this simple construction allows the cut and material to take centre stage.
Two integrated side pockets accommodate the hands without visually interrupting the front. The elasticated cuffs and tightened waist keep the jacket close to the body and give it the look of a cropped jacket. These finishes also provide some support at the openings, without any strap or adjustment to handle. Discreet shaping seams emphasise the garment’s lines without adding ornamentation.
This minimalist approach sets it apart from a lapelled, cross-zip perfecto: the MWAshli is easier to pair with a smart outfit, while retaining the distinctive presence of a leather piece.
Lightweight Lambskin in an Ecru Shade
Made from fine, lightweight lambskin leather, the jacket offers a supple feel that moves with the body rather than holding a rigid shape. The ecru shade, softer than a pure white, highlights the clean lines and provides a bright alternative to black or brown leathers. Like any natural hide, each piece may feature slight variations in grain or colour.
Designed for mild weather, the MWAshli can be worn over a T-shirt, blouse or fine knit. Mauritius’ story began in Germany, where Jürgen Raberg envisioned creating a leather fashion brand in 1972. Caring for your leather
This product is made of lambskin. It is the most supple skin among the different types of leather. It is fine, soft and light, and is very easy to maintain!
The only maintenance necessary is waterproofing the material, this should be planned before the first wear of your product and regularly following the frequency with which you wear the product (if you wear it every day in rainy weather, you can repeat it up to once every one to two weeks).
