Men's Von Dutch BOOTS VIRGIL BRO

Product Description

A Brown Lace-Up Leather Boot

The Virgil Bro keeps things simple: a men's boot made from brown cowhide leather, fastened with laces. The shade offers a warmer alternative to black and pairs naturally with raw denim or chino trousers.

Lacing to Adjust the Fit

The laces allow you to adjust the tightness across the instep, depending on the level of support desired and the thickness of your socks. The cowhide leather gives the shoe its texture and presence; as its finish is not specified, its appearance cannot be characterized further.

Von Dutch's Californian Heritage

The name Von Dutch refers to Kenny Howard, a Californian artist known for his hand-painted designs on cars and motorcycles, particularly pinstriping—the fine lines that accentuate bodywork. The brand drew inspiration from this Southern Californian custom culture before gaining widespread visibility in the early 2000s under the artistic direction of Christian Audigier.

Features

  • Cowhide leather
  • Brown colour

Caring for your leather

This product is made of cowhide leather. Whether thick and heavy or thin and light, cowhide is one of the most resistant.

Its maintenance simply involves using a cleansing milk or a delicate cream.

You will also need, as with the vast majority of leathers, to waterproof your leather once every 6 months, or more depending on its use, using a special leather aerosol product.

You You can find these products on our maintenance section

In all cases, remember to always test the application of a maintenance product on a non-visible surface of your product. Certain finishes or leather treatments may react differently from one product to another.
