Product Description
A high-top shoe that moves beyond the classic derby
The Fisher takes the refined look of a lace-up dress shoe and gives it a high-top upper that frames the ankle more fully than a low derby. The cognac cowhide warms up the silhouette; the navy shades specified for this model create a more casual contrast than a monochrome shoe. The round toe keeps the design easy to wear every day.
The lacing adjusts the fit
The laces allow you to adjust the tightness across the instep and keep the shoe securely in place. The approximately 11 cm upper extends the silhouette above the ankle, while the low heel, approximately 3.5 cm high, retains a look close to that of a dress shoe. The interior combines leather and textile; the outsole is made of synthetic material.
An urban take on leather by Redskins
Founded in 1984 by Serge Aboujedid, Redskins first became known for its interpretations of leather teddy jackets and bombers. The brand then expanded its world beyond jackets: the Fisher brings this interest in leather to a dress shoe, with a high-top shape and a more casual interplay of colors than a traditional derby.
Caring for your leather
This product is made of cowhide leather. Whether thick and heavy or thin and light, cowhide is one of the most resistant.
Its maintenance simply involves using a cleansing milk or a delicate cream.
You will also need, as with the vast majority of leathers, to waterproof your leather once every 6 months, or more depending on its use, using a special leather aerosol product.
