The Natural Field Jacket is an evolution of Master Supply Co.'s original model. Crafted from 100% vegetable-tanned full-grain cowhide, this new version retains the rugged, functional spirit of the work jackets that inspired it, while adding a twill lining for enhanced everyday comfort.
Its natural leather—left undyed—is designed to evolve over time. Exposure to light, handling, and the skin's natural oils will gradually enrich its hue, allowing it to develop a deep, unique patina. Each jacket will thus follow its own evolution, becoming truly personal over the years.
This lined version adds a new dimension to the design, combining durability, functionality, and timeless aesthetics.
Natural, authentic, and living leather
The Natural Field Jacket is crafted from 100% vegetable-tanned full-grain cowhide, prized for its authentic look, structural integrity, and ability to develop a beautiful patina over time.
As the leather is not artificially dyed, slight variations in color, grain, and texture may occur from one jacket to another. These differences are entirely natural and should not be viewed as imperfections; rather, they reflect the organic nature of the leather and the vegetable-tanning process.
Every hide has its own story, giving each jacket its own unique nuances and textures. Over time, these characteristics become more pronounced, and the leather develops a rich patina, gradually revealing greater depth and character.

Important notes regarding natural leather
This jacket is crafted from 100% vegetable-tanned full-grain cowhide, with no added dye. Due to its minimal processing and natural state, variations in shade, visible grain, and small surface marks or irregularities are to be expected.
These characteristics are not defects; they are part of the material's identity and contribute to the unique character of each piece.
Natural vegetable-tanned leather is also particularly porous and reactive. Therefore, avoid using overly rich or heavily oily care products, as well as prolonged, direct UV exposure intended to artificially accelerate darkening or the development of a patina.
Excessive exposure can cause uneven darkening, excessive softening of the leather, staining, or, in some cases, odors.
Exposure to moisture
Significant exposure to moisture can also lead to oxidation of metal components, particularly around rivets and snaps with an aged finish. In some instances, this oxidation may leave marks on the natural leather.
If your jacket gets wet, allow it to air-dry flat in a cool, well-ventilated area.
Avoid direct heat sources such as radiators, hair dryers, or heaters. Do not hang the jacket while it is still wet, as the weight of the leather could cause it to lose its shape.
With simple care and normal use, the leather will evolve naturally, developing a unique, deep, and personal patina over time.
Caring for your leather
This product is made of cowhide leather. Whether thick and heavy or thin and light, cowhide is one of the most resistant.
Its maintenance simply involves using a cleansing milk or a delicate cream.
You will also need, as with the vast majority of leathers, to waterproof your leather once every 6 months, or more depending on its use, using a special leather aerosol product.
