Men's Jacket Master BONNEVILLE BURNT SIENNA

The MSC Bonneville, presented here in its “Burnt Sienna” colorway, is crafted from 1.3 mm full-grain cowhide, produced using a mixed, predominantly semi-vegetable tanning process.

The leather is first chrome-tanned to ensure strength and durability, before undergoing a vegetable retanning process. This second stage gives the leather greater structure, a drier hand feel, and a more natural evolution over time.

Deep, Rich Leather Tones

The Burnt Sienna color is based on a warm brown with subtle reddish undertones. These nuances gradually emerge in areas of tension and along the edges, creating natural depth without relying on artificial contrasts or pronounced distressing.

The aniline finish preserves the richness and natural texture of the full-grain leather. Oils and waxes are incorporated into the hide to create subtle variations and visual depth, without reproducing the highly contrasted or unstable appearance traditionally associated with pull-up leathers.

A thin finishing layer is then applied to stabilize the surface and improve color retention, while reducing the risk of color transfer. The result is a leather that feels comfortable and supple from the very first wear, while being specifically designed to evolve naturally with its owner.

Construction Down to the Smallest Detail

The jacket is fully lined with sage green cotton twill, providing a subtle and elegant contrast to the warm brown leather exterior.

The front closure features a 10 mm Talon zipper, fitted with an arrowhead-shaped leather pull. The zipper start is deliberately positioned slightly above the bottom hem to minimize creasing and deformation around the waist.

The low-profile, understated collar, recognizable by its central rear seam and shortened points, is designed to maintain its shape whether worn folded down or standing upright.

At the back, the bi-swing construction, combined with expansion pleats, provides excellent freedom of movement across the shoulders. This is complemented by a fixed half-belt, side adjustment buckles for fine-tuning the hem, a V-shaped rear yoke, and a pronounced seam across the lower back.

The Burnt Sienna leather is designed to develop a distinctive patina gradually. As the jacket is worn, subtle variations in tone emerge in the areas subject to the most use, rather than producing artificial contrasts or excessive distressing.

The jacket therefore gains character with age while retaining its natural elegance. Each piece evolves differently, eventually becoming genuinely unique to its owner.

Designed in Toronto, Made in Pakistan

Each Bonneville is designed in Toronto and manufactured in our own specialized workshop in Pakistan. We oversee the entire production process, from pattern development and leather selection through to final quality control.

Every jacket is individually photographed, measured, and inspected before leaving the workshop.

Production is carried out in small batches, using full-grain leathers and custom-developed hardware. A complimentary personalized alteration service is also offered with every piece to ensure the most precise fit possible.

The Bonneville Burnt Sienna is therefore not designed as a jacket meant to remain unchanged over time. It is a piece created to age, develop a patina, and become more personal with every year of wear, ultimately becoming truly your own.
