A Redskins teddy jacket with Japanese influences

The DRAGON FIGHTER draws on the codes of the teddy jacket while bringing together two Redskins designs, the SPARK and the DRAGON. Its Japanese inspiration can be seen in its embroidered identity, while the shirt collar gives it the look of a jacket rather than a classic sports jacket. In white, the embroidery and graphic details stand out clearly: the piece catches the eye without relying on an overly busy colour scheme.

Details that shape the silhouette

The striped ribbed trims tighten the sleeves and waistband, defining the short, blouson-style shape typical of a teddy jacket. The press-stud fastening keeps the front visually clean and allows the jacket to be opened quickly. Two side pockets integrated into the front provide practical storage without distracting from the embroidery.

Polyester in a casual style

Made from polyester, the DRAGON FIGHTER offers a textile alternative to the brand's leather jackets. Its white colour works well with contrasting combinations — raw denim, dark trousers or grey-toned pieces — allowing the embroidered motifs to take centre stage. It fits easily into a casual outfit, worn open over a T-shirt or closed to make the jacket the central piece of the look.

Redskins, from its first teddy jackets to an urban identity

Serge Aboujedid founded Redskins in 1984. The first collection already included around ten teddy jackets and bombers, silhouettes that remain at the heart of the brand's history. Initially known for its leatherwork, Redskins also developed textile pieces and evolved these menswear wardrobe staples towards an urban expression, as demonstrated by the mix of references in the DRAGON FIGHTER.
